ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (Aug. 10, 2025) — East Seneca firefighters assisted Orchard Park crews Sunday in extinguishing a combine tractor fire that threatened nearby woods.
Engine 1 from East Seneca operated as a relay pumper while Orchard Park engines attacked the fire. Crews worked together to extinguish the blaze and complete overhaul operations.
Officials said quick action by the initial attack engine kept the flames from spreading into the surrounding field and woods.
