Wednesday, 20 August 2025 – The Rollinsford Fire Department deployed a crew to Weare, New Hampshire, as part of a forestry strike team responding to a seven-acre wildfire in the Mt. Dearborn area.
The team joined other departments under the state mobilization plan to bring additional personnel and resources to the scene. Officials noted that multi-agency cooperation is critical in containing wildfires, especially during dry summer conditions.
The department expressed appreciation to its members for answering the call and supporting both the community at home and mutual aid partners across the state.
