Adams Center firefighters assist at brush fire in Henderson

HENDERSON, N.Y. (Monday, Aug. 11, 2025) — Adams Center firefighters provided mutual aid Monday for a brush fire on Whitney Road in Henderson, officials said.
The department was requested around 4:20 p.m. and responded with Rescue 2-6-1 and UTV 2-7-1.
Smithville and Belleville fire departments also assisted Henderson Fire in bringing the blaze under control.
No injuries were reported.
