Town/Newburgh Police responded to reported head on collision possible entrapment on 31st-August at intersection of State Route 300/State Route 17K. Winona Lake FD and Town/

Newburgh EMS responded to scene. Area was blocked to traffic-EMS transported one subject to Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital-Firefighters removed drivers side door of vehicle there

was no entrapment. Firefighters disconnected battery and spread speedy dry of fluids on roadway. City/Newburgh and New York State Police assisted at the scene. Once vehicles were

removed traffic was let thru area. Town/Newburgh Police investigating the cause.
