Monday, 11 August 2025 – The Conway Fire Department announced the delivery of its new Engine 2, marking the department’s first fire apparatus purchase since being absorbed by the Town of Conway.

The new engine will enhance the department’s ability to respond to a wide range of emergencies, ensuring reliable service for the community.

The department extended special thanks to Desorcie Emergency Products for their assistance in completing the purchase, as well as to the citizens of Conway for their continued support.

“This milestone reflects our town’s commitment to public safety and to equipping our firefighters with the tools they need to protect the community,” officials said.
