The Ashaway Volunteer Fire Association expressed its gratitude for a generous donation of electrolyte replacement powder from DripDrop, coordinated through a giveback campaign by the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC).

The electrolyte powder can be added to a standard water bottle, providing firefighters with an easy way to refuel and replenish during incidents or training, especially in the summer heat while wearing full turnout gear.

Department officials thanked both DripDrop and the NVFC for their support, noting that keeping firefighters hydrated is essential to their safety and performance on the fireground.
