Mutual Aid Called for Intense Little Ferry Fire

SOUTH HACKENSACK, NJ - At approximately 2:08 P.M. on August 15th, Car 400 and Engine 401 were dispatched on mutual aid into Little Ferry for multiple vehicles on fire with extension to a nearby exposure building along Route 46 West. Engine 401 quickly secured a nearby water source and deployed an attack line to knock down the fire, also assisting with overhaul operations. By 4:10 P.M., all units had cleared the scene and were placed back in service.
