CLINTON, N.J. (Thursday, July 10, 2025) — Firefighters in Clinton responded Thursday evening to a senior living facility after an audible alarm signaled a small kitchen fire, officials said.
The call came just before 7 p.m. at the Courtyard Luxury Senior Living center. Chief 45 and an engine company arrived to find smoke in the lobby, where staff reported a small fire in the kitchen oven, according to the department.
Fire crews quickly extinguished the blaze, which was contained to the appliance. No injuries were reported.
Mutual aid partners assisted at the scene.
