Evesham firefighters and mutual aid crews responded to two separate fires early Monday, including a blaze in a condominium building and a natural gas-fed fire involving construction vehicles, officials said.

The first call came around 3 a.m. on the unit block of Sequoia Court, where firefighters found flames in a three-story residential condominium building. Crews quickly contained the fire to a single third-floor unit, according to the department.

A few hours later, units were dispatched to the Willow Ridge section of the township for a natural gas-fed fire involving three construction vehicles. Firefighters spent more than two hours on scene protecting nearby homes while utility workers secured the leak. Officials said the fire damaged the vehicles and caused minor heat damage to the exterior of one residence.

No injuries were reported in either incident. The Evesham Fire Marshal is investigating the causes.
