Burlington Township Crews Assisted With Elevator Rescue

Burlington Township, N.J. — August 11 — Relief Volunteer Fire Company No. 3 personnel from the Burlington Township Fire Department joined Burlington Township Police in responding to an elevator rescue. To safely aid individuals engaged and finish the rescue, police and firefighters collaborated. As Station 303, Relief Volunteer Fire Company No. 3 assisted Burlington Township's emergency response.


Throughout the community, the department offered rescue, fire suppression, and other emergency services. The event demonstrated how crucial it is for police and fire departments to work together during elevator and technical rescue operations. Following the rescue, police officers cleared the area, and firefighters finished their task and went back to work.
