Mutual Aid Crews Responded to Vacant Storefront

Beverly, N.J. — July 20 — When a rooftop fire involving an empty business was reported, Beverly Fire Company No. 1 responded as mutual aid. Arriving crews helped with fireground operations at the vacant commercial property and supported other responding companies. While assisting with general operations, firefighters collaborated to identify and put out the fire on the roof area.
Coordination amongst several departments involved in the crisis was part of the reaction. According to the information given, there were no injuries recorded, and neither the extent of the damage nor the source of the fire could be determined. After clearing the area, Beverly firefighters resumed their duties.
