CORNWALL-ON-HUDSON, NY - On August 5th, Cornwall-On-Hudson FD was dispatched to set up a landing zone for a MedEvac at the request of New Windsor and Cornwall EMS personnel who were on scene of a bicycle accident involving a child on Wood Ave. Village of Cornwall PD was also at the scene. EMS transported the child to the landing zone in the back of Cornwall Elementary School. The child was then airlifted to Westchester County Medical Center. The child had lost control of the bicycle on Wood Ave.
