Manchester, ME — July 13 — A reported house fire on Route 41 near Winthrop prompted the Manchester Fire Department, located at 37 Readfield Rd., Manchester, ME 04351, to react under mutual aid. When firefighters arrived, the front of the building was heavily burned. The fire had already reached the first and second stories when workers swiftly put out the flames.
