Bethpage, N.Y. — July 2 — A reported automobile fire at the intersection of Hicksville Road and Iris Place prompted the Bethpage Fire Department, located at 225 Broadway, Bethpage, NY 11714, to react. When they arrived, engines 9055, 9044, and 9077 collaborated to put out the fire. As incident commander, Assistant Chief Ganshaw oversaw operations, ensuring scene safety and coordinating suppression efforts. There were no reported injuries.
