Teaneck firefighters along with mutual aid from Englewood and Hackensack made a quick knock down of a fire in a bagel store on July 11th.

Units responded to 204 W. Englewood Ave at about 12:30 PM.A second alarm was transmitted as a working fire was discovered in the kitchen area. Crews entered through the front and rear and quickly had the fire controlled. Some extension was located in the walls, but that was opened up and extinguished. One patient was treated for smoke inhalation.
