Bordentown, N.J. — July 14 — Bordentown Fire District 2 responded on mutual aid to a storage barn fire in Mansfield Township with Ladder 3225 from C Shift and Chief 3220. Ladder 3225 arrived as the first ladder company and used its aerial to assist with fire suppression operations alongside other responding agencies. Officials confirmed the barn was not occupied by livestock, and no injuries were reported.
The structure was declared a total loss. The incident highlighted the value of mutual aid partnerships that allow neighboring departments to share personnel and equipment during significant incidents. Bordentown Fire District 2 continued providing regional emergency support whenever requested.
