On 7/3/2021, the Chelsea Fire Department was alerted to a building fire in a warehouse on the corner of Congress and Highland streets. When units arrived on scene there was smoke showing and, due to the size of the building and lack of ventilation options, a second alarm was dispatched. Soon afterward the fire was knocked down and mutual aid companies were released.
