Little Falls Responds to Overturned Car with Entrapment
Photo by Todd HollrittLittle Falls Fire, Police and EMS personnel were dispatched to Main Street and Paterson Avenue for a two car motor vehicle accident. Arriving units found a vehicle overturned with one person trapped inside. Firefighters from Rescue Co.1 worked to stabilize the vehicle and make the area safe. Engine 3 arrived and setup a protection line while firefighters used equipment to cut the roof for access to the occupant. Engine Co.4 also assisted at the scene. One person was transported to St. Josephs Medical Center. Numerous street closures in the area caused some congestion in the center of town following the incident.
