RUTLAND CITY, VT - The City of Rutland Fire Department Technical Rescue Team responded to Otter Creek for a rafting incident involving individuals stranded in moving water, June 25th. Crews quickly deployed their rescue boat and carried out a coordinated water rescue operation, safely reaching and retrieving the individuals in distress before transporting them back to shore without further incident.
