Two Transported Following Main Street Collision in Walpole

On June 6, a truck and a passenger car collided on Main Street in front of Cumberland Farms, prompting the Walpole Police Department and Walpole Firefighters IAFF Local 2464 to react.


Police and firefighters controlled the area and treated patients, according to officials. Ambulance 1 took two passengers who had minor injuries to a nearby hospital so they could be assessed. Assured Collision cleared the damaged cars from the road when emergency procedures were finished, enabling the area to reopen.


The incident was handled safely and effectively thanks to the coordinated response of fire, EMS, police, and towing personnel, according to department commanders.
