NEW WINDSOR, NY - New Windsor PD and EMS responded to a three-car accident off Route 94 by Cannon Drive on June 23rd. Two or three subjects that fled the scene when police arrived were apprehended on Rocky Lane. New Windsor-Cornwall EMS transported two subjects to Montefiore/St.-Luke's Hospital. One vehicle was impounded and one subject was placed under arrest. The road was shut down for a short time while photos were being taken. The New Windsor Police Dept. is investigating the cause.
