Driver Rescued After Vehicle Ends Up Nearly Vertical in Colchester Crash

Colchester, VT - Emergency crews safely rescued a driver after a single-vehicle crash left a vehicle resting in a near-vertical position off an upper parking lot on Mountain View Drive.
Responders arriving at the scene found the vehicle nose-down with its rear elevated in the air. The driver remained inside but was conscious and able to communicate with emergency personnel.
Firefighters first stabilized the vehicle due to its precarious position before safely extricating the occupant. The individual was then evaluated by EMS personnel at the scene.
After the rescue operation was completed, the vehicle was removed by a towing company.
