PROVIDENCE, RI - On Saturday, June 5th, Providence firefighters were called to 91 Congress Avenue for reported smoke in the building. Upon arrival, Ladder 5 called a code red with fire showing from the 'Delta' side. The fire got into the walls and extensive overhaul was needed.
