Lisbon Motorcycle Victim Flown Out

On Sunday, 5/18/25 at 3:39 pm the Lisbon Fire Department with an American Paramedic and the Connecticut State Police were dispatched to the area of 45 Ross Hill Road for a motorcycle accident with an unconscious operator. Quinebaug Valley Dispatchers initiated an autolaunch of the Lifestar Helicopter due to the severity of the injuries.
Car 54, ET-154 and Ambulance 654 responded to the scene and packaged the patient. Engine 154 established the landing zone in the senior center parking lot on Newent Road. Ambulance 654 transported to the landing zone where they intercepted with Medic 28 until the helicopter arrived.
