The Nesconset Fire Department was called to Middle Country Road at around 8:51 a.m. on May 2nd due to a car fire.
Assistant Chief Anderson confirmed a fully engaged vehicle fire when he got on the site, according to officials. Together, firefighters from Engines 4-4-1 and 4-4-2 swiftly put out the fire and managed the situation.
At around 9:49 a.m., every unit left the area. Neither the cause of the fire nor any further details about the injuries were made public.
