Resident Saves Cat from Structure Fire in Meriden

Meriden, CT - On May 15th around 3:45 A.M., units were dispatched for a working structure fire on Lincoln Terrace. Meriden Engines 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, along with Truck 1, Cars 2, 3, 4 and 6, and Hunters Ambulance were on scene. No injuries were reported. One of the tenants was able to save his cat. Middletown Truck, Wallingford Engine 2, Southington Engine Co., and South Meriden Volunteers were called for mutual aid to cover the city during the incident. Meriden Police was also on scene.
