FDNY News: 3-3:812 - A third alarm was needed for a fire in a row of occupied multiple dwellings with the fire originating at 247 Weirfield Street in the Bushwick section of the borough. Deputy Assistant Chief Tim Keenan credited first arriving companies Squad 252 and Ladder 112 with helping prevent the fire from spreading down the block. No injuries were reported and the FDNY Bureau of Fire Investigation are investigating the origin.
