LYNN, MA - Lynn Firefighters arrived to fire heavy fire showing from the rear porches of a three-story wood-frame multiple dwelling on April 21st.

Companies made an aggressive interior attack, but were drawn out due to the volume of fire. Command struck a second-alarm, bringing in mutual aid to the scene and to cover the city. The fire took over the cockloft of the building and companies used several master streams and handlines to knock down the main body of fire.

Companies remained on scene for several hours overhauling and checking for extension.
