Fall River, Ma. Around 6:30 on Thursday April 18th emergency services responded to Grinnell Street for a reported MVA with the vehicle on it's roof. Engine 4, Ladder 2 and Heavy Rescue 1 were dispatched. On arrival engine 4 reported no entrapment and cancelled the additional apparatus. Witnesses reported a person in a pink robe fled the scene.
