— April 15th — As the Rapid Intervention Team (RIT), the Clinton Volunteer Fire Department responded to a structure fire at a nearby restaurant.
Throughout the crisis, crews were tasked with supporting interior companies and maintaining fireground safety while waiting for firefighter rescue operations. If a downed or distressed firefighter needed assistance, RIT staff were ready to respond right away.
