This article is a direct street report from our correspondent and has not been edited by the 1st Responder newsroom.

AUBURN, NH — March 7th — Following a police complaint of an individual trapped inside a car, the Auburn NH Fire Department arrived at Tower Hill Road. When Engine 2 arrived, the driver was unable to get out of the car because of its location. Firefighters helped the driver safely exit the car after stabilizing it to stop it from moving. After being assessed, the occupant reported no injuries.

Fire departments frequently receive calls involving vehicles in odd or unstable positions, which frequently call for stabilization before occupants can be safely removed. During these situations, crews secure automobiles with cribbing and other gear. While a towing firm pulled the car off the road, Engine 2 stayed on the scene. Crews went back to work when the car was removed and the area was secure.
