March 11, 2026 — Weston Volunteer Fire Department responded late in the evening to provide mutual aid for a three-alarm residential structure fire in New Canaan. Dispatched at approximately 10:30 PM, Weston units including Engine 2, Car 1, and Car 2 arrived on scene and assisted the New Canaan Fire Department IAFF Local 3224 with water supply operations. Firefighters worked for over three hours in coordinated efforts to support suppression operations and maintain a steady water flow at the scene.
Crews remained active into the early morning hours before clearing the incident just prior to 2:00 AM. No additional details on injuries or damages were reported.
