CAMPBELL HALL, NY - At 1:27 P.M. on March 29th, the Washingtonville Fire Department was dispatched on the second-alarm to a garage fire in the Campbell Hall F.D. response area. Squad 580 responded to a fill site on Twin Arch Road (drafting operations from the Otter Kill Creek) to fill tankers. Tanker 577 responded to the scene, supplying a Campbell Hall Engine and then acting as an engine (two handlines were supplied by the tanker), receiving water from other tankers.
