On 23rd March 2026 emergency crews were dispatched to a two-vehicle motor vehicle collision with reported injuries at the intersection of South Main Street (Route 25) and Orchard Hill Road. Engine 551 responded to the scene.

No extrication was required, and injuries were determined to be minor. All involved parties declined transport to the hospital.

Traffic on Route 25 was reduced to one lane while a wrecker cleared the vehicles. Crew members from Engine 551 also mitigated a fluid spill at the scene.
