Ansonia, CT - On 9 March 2026 the Emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a passenger train and a car on West Main Street. Engine 6 and Squad were dispatched to the scene, where firefighters discovered that a passenger train had collided with a vehicle.
One occupant of the car was evaluated and treated by EMS personnel at the scene.
