Webbs Mills Crews Assist at Camper Fire in Caton

The Webbs Mills Fire Department 18 responded just after 5:00 p.m. on March 5 as part of a first alarm response to a reported structure fire in the Caton Fire Department area.


Chief 1801 was the first officer on the scene, reporting a working fire involving a camper. Webbs Mills units that responded included Engine 1831, Tankers 1862 and 1861, and Rescue units 1881 and 1882. Firefighters helped teams on-scene with fire suppression, ventilation, and overhaul operations. All responding Webbs Mills units cleared the site and returned to duty around 6:30 p.m. after the incident.
