South Hempstead, NY - On Thursday, February 12th, Chief 7400 and Engine 741 responded as mutual aid to a working house fire in Hempstead. Upon arrival, the crew assisted in placing handlines into operation and operated the second line to help control the fire. Engine 741 arrived on scene within four minutes of being notified.
