Hustontown Area Volunteer Fire Company Responds to Vehicle Off Roadway

February 1, 2026 — Hustontown Area Volunteer Fire Company, along with Medic 60, responded to a report of a vehicle off the roadway. Upon arrival, Company 57 units located a pickup truck that had left the snow-covered roadway and come to rest down an embankment among trees. No occupants were found in or around the vehicle at the time of arrival. Fire personnel assessed the scene for hazards before clearing, while fire police remained on location to provide traffic control and scene safety until the vehicle could be removed. Snow and icy road conditions were present in the area at the time of the incident.
