Manchester Fire Department Assists at Fuel Truck Rollover in Arlington

February 15, 2026 — The Manchester Fire Department responded to a mutual aid request at 10:03 a.m. for a fuel truck rollover in Arlington while members were serving pancakes at their monthly community breakfast. The Arlington Fire Department requested Rescue 10 and HazMat support, prompting Manchester crews to quickly leave the event with additional personnel and hazardous materials equipment. Firefighters assisted with scene stabilization and spill mitigation efforts before being released at approximately 11:40 a.m. Officials thanked the community for its patience as volunteers stepped away from the breakfast to respond and expressed appreciation to Arlington Fire Department for the coordinated mutual aid response. The department also reminded the public that in the event of a vehicle rollover or fuel spill, individuals should maintain a safe distance, avoid open flames or smoking, and call 911 immediately.
