BARNET, VT — April 10th — Mutual aid partners were commended by Barnet Fire and Rescue for their response to a fire in a restricted location. Workers were exposed to conditions that could result in a large-scale incident, such as the possibility of a swiftly spreading wildland fire. Firefighters were able to confine the fire before it could spread further and save an adjacent residential building through synchronized efforts.
