TERRYVILLE, NY - At 9:30 A.M. on February 16th, a fire gutted a home at 30 Charm City Rd. in Port Jefferson Station. Firefighters from Terryville, Setauket, Selden and Mt. Sinai responded. The homeowner was able to save one dog, but firefighters were unable to save a second dog that succumbed to the heavy smoke inside the home. No firefighters or residents were injured.
