JESUP, GA — February 10th — The Odum Fire Department participated in cross-agency training with Wayne County Emergency Medical Services, located at 201 Hinson Mosley Road, Jesup, GA, USA, 31545. The main goals of the training were to acquaint firemen with the new stretcher auto-loader systems and ambulance design. The participants went over coordinated treatment in medical emergencies, safe patient handling, and equipment access.

In order to guarantee that responders are up to date with national life-saving standards and procedures, the training also included CPR recertification. Regular collaborative training, according to officials, enhances efficiency and communication during multi-agency responses. Leaders pointed out that safer surgeries and improved patient outcomes are supported by common knowledge and consistent practice. In order to improve community service and regional readiness, both organizations underlined the value of continued cooperation.
