Ormond Beach Fire Visits Tomoka School

ORMOND BEACH, FL — February 1st — At Tomoka Elementary, the Volusia County Schools and the Ormond Beach Fire Department, 364 S. Atlantic Avenue, Ormond Beach, FL, United States, 32176, took part in Literacy Week. In order to promote reading and safety education, Engine 92 and its crew interacted with students.


During class readings, firefighters covered fundamental fire and life safety subjects, such as listening and following instructions in an emergency.
