Driver Extricated from One-Car Rollover in Newburgh

NEWBURGH, NY - The City of Newburgh and New Windsor Fire Departments responded to a vehicle rollover on Walsh Ave., February 10th. New Windsor PD and EMS also responded. Walsh Ave. was blocked at Route 9W and Walsh Ave. due to slippery conditions. Firefighters stabilized the vehicle and assisted with removing the driver, who was then transported by New Windsor EMS to Montefiore-St. Luke's Hospital. Firefighters remained on scene until a tow truck arrived. New Windsor Police are investigating the cause.
