?Box 2-2-- 820: Brooklyn firefighters were kept busy Wednesday afternoon battling a two-alarm fire at 1099 Halsey Street. First arriving units reported a frozen hydrant and quickly called for additional units including the transmission of a 2nd alarm. One civilian and one firefighter suffered minor injuries
