Fatal One-Vehicle MVA in Newburgh Under Investigation

NEWBURGH, NY - Town of Newburgh Police are investigating a one-vehicle fatal MVA that occurred on February 2nd at 188 State Route 32.
Cronomer Valley FD responded, and EMS was on scene. Town of Newburgh EMS requested MedEvac to stand by; EMS later canceled MedEvac. The subject was pronounced DOA.
Town of Newburgh Police requested the area to be lit. The Medical Examiner’s Office responded to the scene. Cronomer Valley FD used their light tower to illuminate the area where the vehicle came to rest off the roadway.
New York State Police assisted at the scene. Town of Newburgh Police are investigating the cause.
