WORCESTER, MA - On January 14th, Worcester Fire was dispatched to 24 Wayne Street for a building fire. While companies were responding the fire alarm office was receiving multiple calls. Crews arrived on scene, conducted an offensive attack and a second-alarm was transmitted. Heavy fire conditions and high winds resulted in all companies being pulled from the building to assume a defensive posture and the third-alarm being transmitted.
