No Injuries After Structure Fire at 25 Main Street

The City of Hackensack Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at 25 Main Street, commonly known as Court Plaza, at around 10:20 a.m. on January 26. Under the direction of Acting Deputy Chief Trapani, the 2nd Platoon's first-arriving units discovered a fire in the parking garage's drop ceiling that extended into other locations. Firefighters swiftly put out the fire, evacuated the building, and secured the property's utilities. There were no reported injuries. Although the fire is being investigated, it is not yet seen as suspicious.

During operations, mutual help organizations covered the city and offered on-site assistance. The fire departments of Englewood, Teaneck, Bogota, Maywood, Hasbrouck Heights, and Little Ferry were among the supporting organizations.
