Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY - The Cornwall-on-Hudson FD responded to a reported structure fire at 247 Hudson Street on January 25th. Mutual Aid that was requested to the scene included Cornwall FD, Vails Gate FD as the FAST, and City of Newburgh FD. The New Windsor FD was on stand by for Cornwall-on Hudson. Two lines were stretched and the bulk of the fire was knocked down in 30 minutes. Town of Cornwall Police directed traffic during the incident. Cornwall EMS responded to the scene and Central Hudson was called. Once overhaul operations began Mutual Aid was released from the scene.
