LAKEVILLE, NY - On Monday, January 24th at 8:07 P.M., Lakeville firefighters and Livonia EMS responded to the Livonia Veterinary Hospital at 6005 Big Tree Road for the report of a dumpster fire. Upon arrival, units reported a fire in a large roll-off dumpster full of construction debris. Due to high winds and exposure issues, a structure fire assignment was dispatched, bringing Livonia and Hemlock fire departments to the scene. The fire was quickly brought under control with it being contained to the dumpster. East Avon Fire Department stood by in the Lakeville fire station during the incident. There were no injuries reported.
